Services

Four kinds of work, three ways to engage, and straight answers to the questions people actually ask.

What I build

Four kinds of product.

01

SaaS and web platforms

Multi-tenant products with real permission models, billing, reporting and the operational back office behind them. NestJS and PostgreSQL behind Next.js.

Proof: Retail ERP / POS SaaS
  • Tenant isolation enforced at the ORM
  • Permissions over roles
  • Stripe, S3, Redis, BullMQ, Socket.IO
  • Swagger, e2e tests, stable error contracts
02

ERPs and financial systems

Inventory, sales, purchasing and accounting where the numbers have to reconcile. Integer money, lot costing, double-entry ledgers, append-only history.

Proof: Wholesale Garments ERP
  • Money as a value object, never a float
  • FIFO / landed-cost inventory
  • Ledgers an auditor can replay
  • Multi-currency purchasing
03

Mobile apps, through store review

React Native and Expo apps that ship (maps, payments, real-time, on-device ML) and the backends they talk to. Five on the App Store and Play Store.

Proof: Momentum
  • Expo / NativeWind
  • Stripe React Native, maps, push
  • Live camera and TensorFlow pipelines
  • App Store and Play Store submission
04

Deployment and operations

The part after shipping. Docker images to GHCR, SSH deploys to a VPS behind nginx, GitHub Actions for CI, and runbooks as workflows so production can be diagnosed without me.

Proof: MessBuddy
  • GitHub Actions CI/CD
  • Docker, nginx, VPS provisioning
  • Vercel for front ends
  • Diagnostics and data repair as one-click workflows

Engagement

Three ways to work together.

Fixed-scope build

A defined product or feature set, priced as a whole, delivered in milestones you approve. Best when the spec is clear.

Fits · Most new products

Retained engineering

A monthly block of hours for an evolving product: features, fixes, operations. Best once something is live and growing.

Fits · Most ongoing work

Architecture and audit

A written review of an existing system (data model, security model, performance, deployment) with concrete recommendations you can act on with or without me.

Fits · Before a rewrite or a scale-up

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

How do you price?
Fixed-scope work is quoted as a whole after discovery, with milestones. Retained work is a monthly hour block at an hourly rate. I say what things cost before I start, and I say when something is going to cost more than you'd expect.
Do you work alone or with a team?
I co-founded CodeMines, a small product studio. For most engagements it's me end to end; for larger builds I bring design and a second engineer from the studio.
What about timezone?
I'm in Dhaka (GMT+6), which overlaps US mornings and EU afternoons. I work asynchronously by default, with written updates and reviewable diffs, and take calls in the overlap.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Everything lives in your repositories and your infrastructure. There is nothing you need me for that I haven't written down.
Do you use AI tools?
Every day, as an agent rather than autocomplete: reading unfamiliar code, reproducing bugs, writing the first draft of tests. I don't ship a change I can't explain line by line, and neither does it.

Have a product to build, or one that needs to work better?

Two or three sentences is enough. I'll come back with what I'd do, how long it takes and what it costs.
